Industrial Spray Foam Insulation - Cooling Unit

Details Insulation is an experienced Industrial Spray Foam Insulation contractor that serves Edmonton and Area clients, as well as remote clients throughout northern Alberta.

In 2012, Details Insulation began working alongside an Industrial Spray Foam Insulation contractor, Broad Foams Ltd., that had been in business for 35 years. We understand that safety, quality, and timelines are critical in industrial projects and none of them can come at the expense of another.

This modular cooling unit needed as much spray foam as could fit in the cavity, which is a challenge by itself, but due to the way it had to be constructed, all the the equipment and piping had to be installed before the walls were built and insulated. This project required extensive masking, and work in very compact spaces in order to complete.

In this application, which was completed in Edmonton, spray foam insulation was used because it offered the highest R-Value possible for an application where insulation was critical. Thankfully, most applications aren't completed in such cramped spaces, but this is great of example of Details Insulation providing top quality spray foam insulation services for a very challenging job.

This project required extensive masking in order to protect the equipment that was in place prior to spray foam insulation was installed.

Our installers did a great job of getting as much spray foam insulation as possible in the cavity, despite the obstacles, and leaving a clean/even surface for the metal cladding to be installed on.
